Tomorrow is the last day of or2. Got assigned a truck. Nice T2000 almost like my first grad fleet truck. So I get to go play finish trainer for my student partner who's trainer never bothered to show him how to do a trip sheet. It's only three weeks. Keep repeating that.

 

I am in an old T2000... is the one I used during the D&D phase too... just passed 499,000 today. They take a licking and.keep on ticking!

Enjoy the next three weeks. My partner and I still talk, but we were sure as hell ready to move.on at the end of the three weeks.

I hear this a lot, Alliance drivers are just helping Stevens buy new trucks. I used to try and educate company drivers but just gave up and simply smiled and made a lot more money than them. Sure truck payments are part of L/O, but if that's your hang up then you simply don't understand the big picture.

 

Exactly, they will never understand that even company drivers are helping make all those same payments.

 

What is the starting pay for student trainees?

 

$350 per week during training.
0.26/m when you go solo.
0.30/m by the one year mark.

Most people leas ing through a company are either credit ghosts or credit criminals. Ie bad credit. I highly d doubt many lessors gave a 700 credit score. Who wins in the end???
