    If DOT catches up with you, its your CDL which will be at stake... not your employer's if he has any. Violating HOS in the obviously screwed up truck you described is like driving to a coop house with CLOSED sign and asking the DOT officers there to weigh your truck! Its that crazy!

    True but they never come close to a coop house. If they [we] did it will for sure be SOL for the driver/business.

    i would pull into the next coop and ask for a level 1..dont do that to yourself or your family.

    I wouldn't even think about pulling in a rig like that and ask for a level one inspection!

    Yes, I really can not say WHAT I was thinking.. Also I can not believe I drove a rig like that for 10 days. :biggrin_25513:
