Any Questions about Roehl??

    Keep the rules simple for students...my trainer had only ONE rule...dont kill the trainer. He figured everything else can be worked around.

    I still dont understand how the trainers can handle shareing the truck. Also dealing with rookie drivers,i asked mine he wwas like its not as bad as you would think.

    It's a little different with each student depending on how their personality is compared to your own. :)

    There is a ton of info in this area of TTR. I came to Roehl as an experienced driver, but from what I have read here, their training program is pretty good. Expect to be challenged and your brain stuffed with tons of info! Read around on here. You will probably have all your questions answered.

    well do they help you along the way and answer all your questions and arent just tryin to sell you on it cause i dont want all that bs it took me awhile to reliaze that about cre but im greatful that alot of you guys have voiced up about them its either between swift or roehl and i want the best company of the two or one of the better companys, im excited to join the truckin world but alittle neverous as well

    Roehl is better than swift and probably pays better. Idk what they start at but you'll probably have a better experience here with Roehl. Skyviper worked with cre so he can tell you about that. And also we'll be straight with you about the questions you ask we're all drivers not recruiters and don't get any incentive on you working here. Unless you refer one of us but mostly we're here to help you not sell you. Some came as experienced and some of us came fresh out of school. There's a lot of info like he said on the Roehl forum a lot of questions can be answered there so skim through and ask if nothing u found in there.

    nah, it's easy. my students sleep outside on the ground. if it's raining i give them a walmart bag to put over their head.
