the last couple i trained was the hardest. Due to the fact the female was very argumentative about everything.
i knew this was going go be problem,i don't do hostile very well.
So i talk to husband letting him know what got to happen to make this work.
boy was i wrong for doing that.
Because he went straight back to her with it.
now she all mad yelling saying in talking behind her back.

 

what ever i say behind anyone ill say to them. I said i wasn't being deceitful. I was trying to avoid a conflicted between me and you.
Which didn't go well for either of us.

Man i tell you,that woman would flip from one personality to next.

She argue about something than be as sweet as pie.
i tried my best with her as there were times she tried.

But blame me if she turned the steer wheel the wrong way when backing,or made awrong turn.
She drove straight as a arrow. Great down hill speed with the right amount following distance.
Would tell me she knew what she was doing. When i said your rolling to fast to stop signs and red lights.rolling to fast around ramps.
Now i don't play when it comes to being safe driver.

So it didn't go well then i did my job,which if she didn't like or didn't correct her driving. She could get off the truck.

 

In typing on my phone, and some time it becomes difficult to spell words,sometimes ill just loose everything i just wrote and have to start over. Sorry about that.

 

Going to get my students test out hopeful to morrow. Than going home for a while
Going also talk to covenant about conctact on as o/o .

 

Please don't ask me about drug testing. It simple if asking about drug testing. It a play leads me to believe you are a drug user. If you use drugs,you do not belong behind any wheel.
Private or open form. Companies should test hair,blood with uas. To keep user. Off the roads. My family is out there with your.

Students passed smith system,road test, but only male passed backing. This i knew,was going to be a problem. She always gave me a hard time on the road &while on practice range
She would get mad for different reasons & wouldn't let me work with her to sharpen those skills. Mainly she didn't like me telling her how. She would be all over the place when i let her back with no instructor.would thank this be enough to show maybe need to pay attention.
She only has one more shot at it.pass or go home. Her attitude is she doesn't want to pass. Feel like its just a waste of time & effort to teach her.
Not to mention my bonus,loss it when she didn't pass. If they pass 1st time full bonus if they pass 2nd time half bonus.no pass no bonus.
I just put with her personal attack,yelling@ me for nothing.
Sometimes i just want to dump them back @ covenant.

You buying a truck from Covenant? Tired of training huh? I don't blame you.... I also talked to a few o/o @ Covenant who were doing well and had no complain... If you decide to buy a truck, I hope you get one in good shape so you don't have any down time and money expenses with truck problems... You are definitely very persistent and determined... I wish you all the best.

 

Hey Big Wheels... I know you... you are a very nice guy... but some folks are just unteachable... it can be very frustrating but not your fault. Maybe better she goes home... I used to know a trainer... he did his best to teach his trainees and pass them... even the ones he had a "bad feeling" about.... Unfortunately, one of his trainees had a roll over 2 weeks after his graduation... and my friend felt kinda guilty because he knew from the beginning that wasn't a safe driver....

I've got two new students, which has been living in America for three year's.
th e y are married and at this point very nice people.
I can't say where from this way i keep big c off my back.

They are very typical students that come from a three week school. They get the money,i teach them to drive.
Their is a language barrier. They do speak English, but with French.
So slang words don't work. Like blicker, woa turn at the red light. They say what red light.where is red light.ok.
We have come along way already. They still have problems understanding the interstate systems,how they work. North,south,east&west. Understanding how to read the signs. Which th e y can read. Just don't know if should turn, get off,change lanes.
COVENANT doesn't believe this is problems.for me. Doesn't believe i should get paid any different. Now im a trainer to know how to drive a truck safely,i also teach what the school's should have.i am language interpreter. A csa instructor,smith system instructor,an dot rules and regulations instructor, log book instructor paper and E logs.hazardous material instructor. Company policy instructor,safety instructor etc.
I am also a English teacher.
Im not comp. For any lacking of ability from students, so all extras teaching i do is for free. All i get paid for is for com. Even if we have to stop do to lack of performance from students. Unable to drive.
