YOUR favorite OIL????

Fleet oil, sold in bulk. 55 gal drums or pumped directly into your own storage tank. The oil base is the same as branded oils and the additive package mimics the additives in branded oils, so you're in essence getting the same thing for much less.

 

Delvac. Every spring and fall it has a $5 a gallon rebate so I stock up for $8 a gallon.

I had Delvac bottles in my truck when I bought it. So I figured that's what they used.

I still use it. We just had Delvac on sale for $13 per gallon. I can get it in bulk for $10/ gal.

Will see what comes of it. Need to build a storage shed first.

 

Might be a dumb question but has anyone (Dice1 you reading this?) done a comparison for mpg different brands of oil? Maintaining the same grade, of course.

 

No I have not due to being a Mobil 5W40 Synthetic man for years. I was sold from my NASCAR racing days back in the early 90s when my engine builder also worked for a major NASCAR team as an engine builder that had another brand of oil sponsoring them and they still put Mobil One Synthetic in the race car.
