Wind started in Ohio this afternoon, 50mph on the Detriot/Windsor bridge, gusts 100km hr tonight for Toronto, I pulled the plug in Tilbury Ont, not worth it, still lots of guys headed east directly into it, not me, ill let it rock me to sleep tonight and stay here tomorrow till the worst blows over upstate NY and the south Ontario area. Play safe ladies and gents!! the game is to be around to play another day!!

 

pretty windy over in western ohio ive been sitting all day at the pilot but have to go to columbus soon hopefully i get some weight on this thing before i head back west

 

Here in south jersey we have gotten alot of rain today. Winds havent been too bad except a few good gusts. NYC and north jersey are getting hit hard with the wind and storm surge. Power outages, power equipment explosions, cranes collasping and massive flooding. Unless you are running relief loads there please stay outta the area. Its gonna be a mess up there.

 

I think all our loads to the East have been postponed, I had to wait for a load going west, ended up being a oversized and my permit came 1 hour before sunset. So not much for miles for me today. But at least I am pointed west!

 

the pa turnpike is shut down.so all you truckers out there be safe.god bless you all.
