Headed from SLC to Wintersville, Ohio, then to Florida. 29k in the box, and got me a 13 trailer.

keep your head down in the east, it will be over soon.

That may change. If the energy in the core of Sandy doesn't dissipate rapidly, there will be tropical gale force to hurricane force winds associated with the center of the storm for a couple of days. They were still clocking above 70 mph this morning - and the storm (now a nor-easter) will head through PA to western NY tonight. My trailer was lifted off the ground by Katrina's core three days after it hit Louisiana a couple of years ago... beware! That was in Ohio!!

Diputanta VA. Moderate rain, winds abating. Power seems to be fine in the Richmond area. Suggest if you're coming up from the south you fill your tanks before getting into the area - there will be a fuel shortage up here in a day or so. Heading over to my 90 in about 45 ticks.

I'm expecting to get hit today. I don't know where my travel agent is gonna send me now. I woke up to sunshine, however I have heavy clouds, lite rain, and mild winds building, coming in from the south east. Cell phone says all circuits are busy also.

Power is definitely fine in Richmond. Wasn't a bad storm at all down here. I don't think the wind gusts made it to Tropical Storm force in the city.

Got out of the house today and sent to Smithfield for a dead piggie load. After a 2 hour nap, F/M sends a message, load cancelled. Now I am 90 miles south in Edenton NC. Waiting to pickup peanuts in the morning:biggrin_25512::biggrin_2551:
