    Yes in my opinion JCT is horrible. Not too many drivers paid off the truck and the only way you make money is if you do exactly as they say you're basically a company man not an independent contractor

    That is a respectable amount. How much of that was earned due to recruiting?

    So far, all you have done is throw out a bunch of rhetoric without backing it up with facts. Also, saying that "Paying lots of taxes means your making lots of money" shows how naive you are. If you truly made $80,000, then that means your truck made what $200,000? $300,000?

    Seeing as how you are calling somebodies truck junk shows that you are nothing but a troll. You were doing so well by staying out of this thread. What happened? Recruiting numbers go down?

    I believe Act has also started using electronic logs as well. I believe BigKid answered this very question in his thread stating that while he is on paper logs all new hires must use electronic logs. Yes, here it is;

    It's dot requirements! By 2014 every truck will be on elogs where your owner op or not! If you utilize the logs correctly, there is way less headache with dealing with paper logs. Unless you insist on running illegal then I understand your frustration.

    Actually they said last yr by november all deivers at act will be on elogs thats there goal. All new hires are on elogs. So be careful what you say your truck may be in the shop next. And if you think elogs are a joke then that doesnt say alot of what you think of act goals . Apparently you must think there a joke, I personnally have done well on elogs it just takes alittle gettn use to and proper planning , along with managing your day efficiently. Thats business in a nut shell

    I would love to see a copy of the forms, lease, and other forms drivers sign for JCT, since my husband is thinking about going with JCT. Email is lechkos@yahoo.com
