You won't have a fighting chance working for any employers that does drug test.I don't know about hair test but for urine, what you did stays in your system 3 months.

My brochure that came with HairConfirm also said it could tell how heavy or often the use was. I had very light daily use. I'd say to go on Amazon & order HairConfirm Express. I got my results back about 36 hours from when I FedExed my hair.

Lol, it was a good chunk off my head, instructions said to cut as close to scalp as possible, as big as a pencil or straw. Just got my hair cut & hairdresser laughed & also pointed out that the follicle is below the skin, not the 1.5 inches labs test. I can't find an explanation of the misnomer.

Yea, Patty is right, pot can stay in your system and show in your urine for 90 days and even longer in some circumstances with chronically heavy users. Harvard University published a test study showing six months for pot in a urine sample but this is cutting edge technology and not the norm.

If you fail a drug test you will be reported to Hire Right which will effectively ruin your career before you begin. There is a tremendous amount of opinion/deliberate misinformation that you will get on any public forum including this one. The best source of info here is in a thread started by Gryphon. Search it. You will fail if you take a test within 90 days. You will fail if you continue to do drugs.

I beleive we all know the dangers of smoking weed while employed as a truck driver. Most of us know that the weed will hang around to mess our heads up for just a few hours. But taking a gamble to loose so much is just not reasonable. It's a bad law but the science has just not caught up to what is needed. You can see people on death row that got into an accident for a cause that was no way connected to weed but since it stays in you systems so long the driver get's charged. The drivers smoked a week or two before and the DA will make his case that the driver was impareed. You can kind of compared it to alcohol but alcohol dissipates quicker. And then again Alcohol is legal but I would much rather be with a driver that was stoned the night before than a driver that was smashed to night before. So until the laws changed and we get really good testing equipment you have to lay the pot down. It's unfair and unjust. But I can tell you it's makes retirement look a lot better.

It is relatively safe to say that if a truck driver does NOT smoke, drink, take drugs, and tries to maintain their weight and health by practicing decent eating habits, they will never have to worry about coming up "POSITIVE" on any drug screen or breathalyzer test. This alone should help the truck driver to stay employed for years to come.

It is relatively safe to say that if a truck driver does NOT smoke, drink, take drugs, and tries to maintain their weight and health by practicing decent eating habits, they will HOPEFULLY NOT have to worry about coming up "POSITIVE" on any drug screen or breathalyzer test. This alone should help the truck driver to stay employed for years to come.

I have changed the word "NEVER" to the phrase "HOPEFULLY NOT" - previous phrase shown below.
