    just a printer? did you ever aspire to be more? like a fax machine and copier too?? :biggrin_2559:

    No....after 26yrs of it...I decided to retire at the age of 45. A fax machine just does what hes told to do all day and a copier does the same thing over and over again. But I have been busy during my retirement ..... I now can write. :biggrin_25523:

    US Navy.... post high school...Electronics/Sonar Technician...15 years...in other words, jack of all trades.

    Frito Lay...Production line mechanic/Electronic tech...I worked on the lines that made Fritos/Doritos

    Solar Turbines...Electrician...wiring control boxes on Gas turbine compressors and oil field pumps.

    Truck driver as a primary way to earn a dollar since then.

    I did learn to be a fairly decent machinist(manual Lathes and mills) along the way. I do bolt action center fire rifle work on the side...mostly for myself.

    Assembly/ we manufactured the the machines that make toilet paper, paper towels and napkins/layedoff after 9/11/01

    Truss Assembler/ but now everyone is loosing their homes not building new ones, so I will be starting truck diveing school in January and I can't wait:biggrin_255:

    well 8 years ago i was a construction worker.. now i drive otr or just in the southern states , and i have a construction business that my wife runs for the past 5 years.... i got a business mind but i did not want nothing to do with the construction anymore.. had a love for 18 wheelers, as my grandfather and father were both O/O for long periods of time..
