So true.. So far I sent her a follow up email and text. Letting them know I resigned on Saturday BEFORE she called me at 1523, giving me the work load for Monday. If I get any feed negative feed back from her of a threat, or even a threat on my DAC for leaving under a load. I will do the same thing you told that boos you use to work for.

People like this should have a business!

I highly doubt a company like that reports to DAC. That would cost them money, they don't want to spend. However, don't expect a good employment reference from them.

If you filled out all the paperwork and drew a paycheck, list them, to cover your butt and definitely list that you had quit, not been fired. Also keep a copy of that email.

I have a copy of the first email, 2nd email and also the text I sent them. They owe me the first & second week pay, so I guess I got to add them to the work history. Thanks

If this company would get their crap together they would have a good group of guys working for them, and a good base of freight to keep them busy all year. Unfortunately if they don't clean up their act, it could all go out the window for them and one of the larger cut rate comanies will step in and probably haul it for a fraction of the cost, thus not allowing the company or their drivers to earn the potential profits that are to be made. Just my opinion........

Just got a call and she is stating that. Their are two receipts were not handed in and if I can not provide a receipts, I could be charged 225.00 for it. Funny when there statement will say fuel on it. I guess it shows this place needs to be shut down.

My first driveing job was for a guy something like that. I remember working 100 hours plus per week. When I asked for a raise, he made me feel guilty, I was getting $3.00 per hour for driveing, and $2.70 per hour when I had to make repairs......I was making over $300.00 per week in 1973! The final straw was one morning I went into work, raining cats and dogs. My wipers didn't work so I waited for the mechanic to get in to fix them. The boss got there before the mechanic, and yelled at me for 45 min. for not making the run. Told me I could have stuck my head out the window to see. I didn't need the #### wipers......I politely told him I had had enough, and left.

Getting the run around on making a complaint about this place. Call here and then that person says call here and so on and so on.. Wow, its a pain to even try to make a complaint on business like this. But yet they don't want business like this on the road.
