Start pulling and looking.. Your switch in the dash may be worn out also, they cost about $30..
-
Check if the clutch switch is released and that the cruise control switch is getting juice, might be a dash switch problem.

Lay open the panel with the tank pressure, rear temps, etc and look at the aluminum air block on the firewall. There should be 2 round 2 post pressure switches. One cuts off the cruise when the brakes or hand valve is applied. They work off ground. Hook test light clip to battery power and touch both. Should light up if brakes are not applied and go out on one side when they are.Slick900 Thanks this.

If that's your problem they are very hard to remove simply because getting a 9/16 wrench in is impossible. Take a china one and bend it works pretty well

Make sure clutch pedal all way up mine was acting wacko and clutch was sticking just short of all way up
-
Possibly, but he said the Jake was working fine....

Sears sells little stubby combination wrenches.....I used that and a small adjustable wrench.
it was a PAIN IN THE YOU KNOW WHAT. -
