If you plan on finding a new job, one of the first things they'll want to know from the other company is "would they rehire you?" Obviously, that's not the case here. Secondly, only accidents go on your DAC, from what I've been told, not incidents. Now that is the interpretation of the company who you're driving for. I have 2 accidents in 5 years of driving. Just depends on the company you're applying to and their hiring policies. You've got a HUGE red flag right now, your last company won't rehire you.
A question for whoever else has been through this!

Yuupppp (this is here because all that needed to be said was not enough, now it is. It's a pullup! Lol)

When I trained, I tried to teach the guys to work in small increments, to avoid over steer. Some figured it out, others couldn't grasp the concept. Some people seem to think the truck has to move at least 10 feet, for anything to actually happen.
Too many people lack the patience. -
Most of them forget that 'oversteer' doesnt necessarily mean the tires...they forget that just turning the steering wheel a half turn is oversteering. Most corrections need a quarter turn or less...

Chele, are you scamming us? If not, pantherII.com is calling you. Start your trucking career over, real slow, driving a cargo van, then graduate upward to the bigger stuff, one step at a time. Go lay on the beach in Thailand, Costa Rica, Philippines, Panama, for awhile, then start over.

I was inching and pulled up so many times but need just a little more room. I think I might give it up. I'm sure they can find other people to drive their trucks. There is always the unemployment line that they can use. Plus they don't have to pay the higher wages.

I think of the ratio: Amount of money for hauling loads vs. amount for maintenace or repairs. What is their net profit?
