Im runnin a fiberglass firestick swr is below one, yeah the OE antenna was over 2 on the swr. Did some digging on the net and the squeal is feedback off the mic. Im runnin a astatic mic but im too close to the speaker and the talk back is causeing the issue. Soo i either need a road king mic with better noise cancelation or a big external speaker i can put far enough away so i dont get the feedback. Now if i sit in the bunk i can crank it up. I like talking over people it is amusing to squish a barefoot radio. He he..

649 mi today. Now at the 50,000 silver $ stop at I90 XT 16. Turns out the table I was looking at for Idaho daytime was listed in MST since most of the state is in that time zone. The northern part is in PST so I must wait until 0624 PST to cross the state border.

~500 mi to go to the port in Aberdeen, WA. Need to figure out a strategic parking spot for tomorrow night. Don't know if the consignee has overnight parking but I did see a WalMart not too far away. If anyone reading this knows that area, would appreciate info. Thx.

That the 50,000 silver dollar stop with a casino, hotel, and a gas station with a mini bar / casino? Because if so I stayed there when I went to WA. Cept I parked on the side of the gas station where that mini casino/bar had their door. Loud drunk people are only amusing so much.

Denver mic? Have fun with that!

At the Kangaroo P-Lot in Senatobia, MS. I only have 345 miles to go so an easy day tomorrow. I wanted to deliver tomorrow but was denied because the window is from 0001-0500 on the 5th. So now if I don't have a pre plan for Monday I will be burning up my 14 waiting for one. Great.

I was going to ask you to go teach my driver what he needs to log as on duty, and what he can log as off duty. 6 plus hours a day on duty....WTF, who does that?

    Ultra7 Thanks this.

Pulling a box too, lol, not even flatbedders do that. Anyone logging that much on duty time is trying to burn through their hours so they don't have to work.

They just never learned the rules. They're also typically the same guy that says, "You HAVE to take a 34 hour restart every 7 days". Why we just don't hang onto these guys during orientation and have them spend another week learning nothing but the HOS is beyond me.
