forced dispatch turthin your cannot turn down loads. you sit in the terminal in inspection lane at terminal and when your 10 hour clock is up and you were in the shop all day your forced dispatched you expect you to run load regardless. that's how the driver last month totaled the truck in the ditch driver fatigue truck sitting in columbus ohio terminal from last months crash.

this is what happens when you forced dispatched and your tired and heartland express dont care oh heartless express.
-
Just say NO! You have the key, not dispatch.
-
No it doesn't work that way. I declined the preplan on the people net three times and still ended up forced to the the load. You ended fighting with them and the threat to terminate you. And if ou call saftey on them you might as well quit they will make sure you are misrable and theological with fire you or you just have enough and quit.

There's either more to that story or the driver was an idiot. If you know you're too tired to drive, don't! What's more important, that job or your life, others lives, and being there to support your children? That all being said, when I was at Heartland in 98-2000, they were all about safety. They d@mn sure didn't push me too hard. LOL

That's why the pay high cause they can't hire drivers as fast as they lose them. 120% driver turnover at heartland express. Scammers thrives and liers and truthin and chromedome are reqruiters.

That makes perfect sense. LOL
