I was joking and think you missed the point. The cycle of cheapness starts with truckers who gobble up cheap loads, all the while complaining they didn't have any choices (BS), and cutthroat brokers driving good rates down to secure business because they can depend on guys like you, and it never ends. Both truckers and brokers (bad ones) are to blame for the cheapness that's plentiful out here but it's a free market and nobody ever said it would be easy... Don't waste your time with cheap stuff and it goes up.. Maybe deadhead 300 or 400 miles, I do that all the time, to secure a better paying load and not put all that wear and tear on your equipment trucking cheap 45K loads.?. Maybe keep closer tabs on the loadboards and refreshing them for the easy 50-150 mile loads that occasionally pop in the afternoon, then try to work yourself to Jessey after that.?.. There's always choices.... ...nobody held a gun to your head and made you book it...
