    This company has junk tractors there trailers are trash the don't pay anything your lucky to if there is money in the bank to roll they don't pay you any extra if u have to stay out more than 2nights Jair Robinson will screw you every time he gets a chance makes you run illegally tells you will make your log look right then rights you up for violation of company policy don't every work there

    1st of all, no one made you run illegally!! You did it on your own free will! You got wrote up for running illegally more than likely. Take some self responsibility & accountability for once.

    YOU changed YOUR logbook, why is that a company problem. So before you started with this company you hadn't seen these junk trucks and trash trailers? One word . . . research. Take it as a lesson learned and move on but most of the responsiblity for this is on you.

    I agree, no one made you do it. You are responsible for your own actions. Jair is a fair man, albeit a little gruff at times.
    Most likely you had it coming. Most equipment is late model and nice, some is older, all is maintained well. He took a chance on you, and now he knows to never let you on his lot again. AND, I NEVER had a check bounce.

    I worked for him for a while. I liked the job. Good people. Jair is a great guy. I never had a problem getting paid. Only reason I left was to go over the road and I moved out of state. Some people are just cry babies.
