What I find funny is we aren't compliant to ourselves. If we had it our way this compliant stuff is crap as we have not put it upon us. Government has and is dictating what we as professional drivers do. How many of them have ever driven a truck? They know nothing about the trucking industry other than they can make money off of us. I run paper logs and if I wanted I could run illegal everyday as long as I fixed my book before turning it in. Just because I can doesnt mean I do. So trying to call every paper runner an outlaw and say he is running 18 hours a day is bologna. We as drivers don't get the credit of being professionals that we deserve.

In situations such as this, sometimes your elogs might crash. As in blue screen, my quallcomm is running windows operating system after all. It may crash and I'll have to switch to paper. Its happened before. Maybe it crashes and you happen to forget about what time your 11 expires. Make it home and reset your logs.
