    Did you contact Rand support about this 720? The 710 if you had squeezed the USB end of the DC cord it would help provide a more snug fit.

    When I contacted CS on the 710, I was asked if I tried plugging in the unit with a different supplied cord. I tried to say yep, been there, tried that, same problem...but hard to do when you cant get a word in. When I remember to call, Im behind the wheel, so dont have focus needed. Im scatterbrained. I need authorization info to send back units for repair. Then Im done with buying more from RM.

    Try as I suggested with the DC cord. If you need another DC cord let me know and PM me your name/address (no po box), and E-Mail address.

    As far as the 720, give me all your information to include serial number via a PM or E-mail and I will get you an RMA.

    I have a year old 710. It was knocked off the windshield today and the screen has a crack. Is there anyway to repair it, or will I have to replace it? The sides of the touchscreen work, but the center where the crack doesn't. Any suggestions? Thanks

    thanks mark for the response i cant find my receipt but i have the serial number maybe i can call the pilot where i brought it from i remember buying it in feb

    Hey Mark

    I have been across country a few time the past couple weeks and notice on the virtual dashboard that when you cross time zones and get the message popup saying that the local time does not update until you exit that screen and come back and a lot if times the uphill and down hill speeds don't update either until you exit that screen and come back
