Grapes are a fitting conversation after 8,930 post about JCT. I still havent figured out if I would go to work for them LOL. Thats a lot of reading and everyone has their opinion. West Coast in the winter really sucks though!

I saw a posting for Texas regional with JCT online today. Does anyone know anything about the kind of miles they run in regional?

Around 1000 to 1500 miles a week with guaranteed paid 2500 miles. Need to be available 5 days a week and on call for two.

That isnt too bad really then. I live in a Suburb of Dallas and being on call or even working 7 days a week wont bother me. Thanks for the info Alan. I will give them a call and see about it. I have read your posts and you seemed really happy at JCT. I like to hear that. Although their are a lot of other opinions about JCT, the majority of the people that I have seen in this thread that used to work for them would go back to them.

I believe if I read correct Alan, you paid your truck off through JCT as an L/P? That isnt a common thing for L/P. Its good to hear that its possible!

Cool, thanks for the help! I am going to call them tomorrow and see if they are still looking for the TX regional drivers.

Well JCT has accepted me. If I choose to go with them ill be starting January of next year. I just raked in 4200 miles this week on a non qualcomm e log. I don't really enjoy using qualcomms so I hope I can still see weeks like this at JCT.
