I don't think I need to elaborate on this guy's misery. He is hating life at the moment already. Good news for me, they are flying a replacement out tonight so we can roll in the morning.

Just a Q ...but how many automated notices do you get from safety to call in for Cannadia talk before you get flagged? lol
I've heard sooo many stories of trainers not taking showers and really WTF is their problem?!?! I take a shower darn near EVERY DAY and you get FREE showers when you fuel so WTF?!?! Hell, I run my arse off but I'll still stop for 15 minutes in the middle of a shift just to take a shower ffs! BATH PPL!
edit: is darn and arse "skirting the filter"? lol...KMac Thanks this. -

i hope I don't have that issue. When we broke down my trainer put me on"On Duty" to prove how long it takes to get help. When they towed the truck it triggered the drive line. He said don't worry about it he would get it fixed. Honestly I feel like I am just a pawn right now. Not even in week two of training and thinking I may have made a mistake with Stevens. -
Every trainer I have been out with has had the attitude that they know all the back door tricks to get things done that others cannot. They all seem to think they are special. Some of them actually did get things that I thought shouldn't. If you are broke down at a shop and the mechanic takes your truck for a test drive and triggers the drive line, if compliance can verify it, they will change it. Donna herself took care of that one.
Elifiknow, you are a pawn right now. Don't sweat it. learn everything you can. I've had trainers that werre butt heads that still taught me things.nascarchuck and TRKRSHONEY Thank this. -

Well recruiter called me this afternoon, asked me how much experience I had pulling 53's and when I would like to start. After I hung up I remembered some questions I had, so I called her back, but only got her voice mail, I wanted to know about their policies concerning new hires and the leasing program, and also new hires like me that have been out of the saddle for a year, will I be going out with a trainer when orientation is over?
Which if I do, that's cool, because although I have been driving for 7 years or so, I never tire of learning something new everyday. So first step, getting through orientation, I don't think I will have any problems, just a choppy job history (shame on me). -
