    Some guy was selected by the Democrat party to stand in for him. Lucky guy, winning a $151,000 a year salary for a few years and not even being on the ballot. The Republican he was running against vowed to have the Tax Collector position eliminated as it's no longer needed and could easily be consolidated, eliminating waste.
