Genius. Looks much easier than fighting them in and out of behind the chains like I am doing!

    Perpetual Thanks this.

I have a wacky load plan that is making my brain explode. Anyone want to talk through it with me? Pm me and, if I can figure out the pm thing, I will give my cell.

Home. Until Monday morning. Getting a relay load delivered to me Saturday.

My wife and I are going out Saturday night. First time in 2 years. Hard to find a babysitter for 5 kids.

    Meltom Thanks this.

Truman, you get an answer? I m guessing multi-stop or pickup. Not hard, just looks confusing on the QC.
Sitting in Indy at the hook. Relayed earlier with a trainer out of Phoenix. Deliver in the morning and see why the weekend has for me!

Hello, well been sitting reading these threads and suddenly a port in a storm. Seems you are all mostly content with your chose of trucking companies. Roehl. I am new, just going to get my CDL at a Tech College and struggling to decide between the good, the bad and the ugly. Sorry Clint Eastwood, old western fan !wa wa wa! So lets see about me, child grown, on my own long time, need a change. Don't expect to make a lot, willing to earn my lumps, just want the freedom of not having a regular paying job where I make pretty good money:biggrin_2559:. The one thing I do not see on your thread here is females. What's up with that? Surely women must work for your company also or do they? If I missed them I apologize. I would appreciate any advice you can give me except (don't do it) because basically it seems my ### has overrode my brain and is determined to take me down the rode less traveled. I have never failed at anything I have set me mind to and I would make a good driver. Let me just say I will have no rent, no utilities, some bills, and home time not that often with long established friends mostly in the southeast. Just want to work for a company that is female friendly=good trainers who can be trusted, get my own truck, and run hard.

Honestly if I had to do it all over again...I would do Roehl....hell I still recommend them to other drivers...mostly because my current company has a small hiring area... but like I said I would do Roehl all over again....but not the reefer division....stick with vans or flats....I think if I ever came back to Roehl I think I would try my hand at the skateboards...(hell I pulled everything else for them but flats and curtains).....
but I am content where I am at...I run like the wind and have a decent truck and get home when I want or need to be home.........

Plenty of female drivers. Male Trainers must have some extra training to train females. Most of us here seem to be content, but the turnover is about the same as any company. I like it here.
