This is my formal complaint against Peach State Freightliner located at 6535 Crescent Drive, Norcross , GA.

I drive a 2012 Coronado with 93k miles and needed some warranty work done before it expires at 100k. I dropped my truck off on Friday Nov 2[SUP]nd[/SUP], 2012. I advised the first main concern was the A/C Compressor was burning and smelled like a electrical fire and oil residue all over that area. The second concern was a fuse blowing intermittingly with the driver door. Third was a excessive squeaking sound coming from pass side fuse box area. This shop did not start service until Monday and then only fixed the 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] and 3[SUP]rd[/SUP] concerns never bothering to look at the main concern. This is a safety concern that was ignored by this shop.

I called Tuesday and advised by my manager in my company to pull the truck out and we will get it fixed at a more reliable and reputable shop. I complied and showed up at 1945 at said location shop and noticed two guys in one office one sitting the other standing which one of them happened to be the shop foreman. There was three more guys standing behind this office one was eating while standing. I found only one other guy to be actually working on a truck and he was underneath messing with a drive shaft in bay 1. These guys were not dirty, did not appear to be working and didn’t have any sense of urgency whatsoever. If you are truly working on a diesel truck and working your going to be dirty. Anyone who has been around trucks or military knows what a working shop looks like and don’t. This shop is not the place to bring anything. Do not waste your time. There is a severe lack of supervision here. It doesn’t take 4 days to diagnose my minor issues. I advised them about the compressor during the write up and it could have been ordered. In my opinion this shop does not like doing warranty work and that’s why they dragged their feet on my work order.

I called and talked with owners of this establishment and were willing to fix it right away after the fact but if they were that busy and backed up my truck should not be waiting for the evening shift to come repair but a consistent work in progress. Their employees should be taking split breaks not everyone at once. And how do you stay so clean?

[FONT=&quot]Again, don’t waste your time with this company find any place else. [/FONT]

Warranty work is not your friend. That doesn't pay enough to the mechanics and they have to virtually be starving to death to take a warranty job. Sorry, and I know it sucks but thats just how it is.
