I'm a little peaved that this company would have the balls to call me after booting me out of orientation 4 years ago (2 hours before lunch). What kind of crap is this?

Are you gunna call them back?
-
lol, after "blackballing" me and, among other things, telling me I would never work for them again and they would spike my trucking career with any other company they called me and tried to hire me for a dedicated account. Fat chance of that of course. Run from them as fast as you can.

They sent me home 10 years ago because their vehicle insurance wouldn't cover me(2.5 yr old accident I had before I ever had a CDL) I was 21 at the time. They did fight to keep me, insurance just wouldn't let it happen. I was the last one left waiting on a truck. Just one of those things.
Why were you sent home widowmaker? -
ask for free lunch

If you need a job, take the job they offer. Much has changed, maybe you had a disqualification then that doesn't apply now. JB Hunt is a financially strong company.
ewill71 Thanks this. -
Tis quite true, their rail operation alone is numero uno here in the continent, have an exclusive long term contract with railroads, all because old man hunt had the audacity to wing it alone, now its a super cash cow and Schneider and everyone is playing catchup.

I'd be quite surprised if we were to ever get the (true) story...
-
Since you're an EX driver you have no need to call them back. Funny how it bothers you enough to post here though. just sayin'

I was sent home because of a false DAC report filed by C. R. England. England was the company that blackballed me because i could not make 1 delivery on time, according to them. I'm a driver who refuses to run past the hours of service.
