CPAPE, Hope he loves and trusts his wife very much.
As a non Thai, he or I can not own land there..
He can own a condo, but there must be a majority of Thai condo owners in the deal.
He can lease land or buildings for up to 30 years, with only 1 renewal.

Trust me I know. My wife could kick me to the curb so to speak and all the land "we" own is all hers. I would have no recourse.
Tell him I do know some property lawyers I could steer him to about long term leases...

 

ended up not finding anything else to go on the trailer machine pays $3,000 but it looks like i might already have a load out of the same town im unloading in Dickinson but nothing guaranteed yet i already told dispatch i was stopping at i80 they just laughed and said have fun as long as ur in ND by monday morning we dont care what u do lol

 

Sitting in Assonet, MA( The name goes well for local food warehouse people) since yesterday. One more reefer load before picking up a flat next Wednesday. [h=1][/h]

 

I lived in Dickinson last winter. There is no truck parking around there unless you get lucky at the tiger truckstop. I wouldn't go much past Bismarck until Monday morning.

Had the Star dealer replace the UJoint and now I'm at the Petro having 2 trailer tires replaced since they were cupped really badly...... Also went to Walmart and bought a LED TV with a built in DVD player that was on clearence for $75. Not too shabby
