Wow it's boring sitting for a day. At least I get some layover pay. Been 25 miles from shipper since 0800 this morning and get pickup until 10:00 tomorrow.

Closest truck stop to that place is the one north on i94 about 20 minutes away, or the one inside Wisconsin's state line at exit 2 or 4 I think.

You should be able to drop your trailer at the customer after you deliver. You'll see what I'm talking about when you get there

I'm in Jacksonville, FL. Well, Baldwin, FL. Just pulled into this TA that's always full and got fuel, whilst getting ready to turn around and head for ROETJ I saw a guy pulling out of a spot. So I backed in and now that I'm settled in for a 34 and layover pay my parents are coming to pick me up since they live in j-ville. Gonna go get some supper with them then relax.

Nice. Better than the interstate rest stop I'm stuck at.

Went to mothership this morning and picked up relay load of flooring for a high school in Ankeny, IA (just north of Des Moines). Supposedly there are three more loads of the same stuff going there too, scheduled to deliver on the hour starting at 0800 on Monday. My "appointment" as written on the BOL but not in the load assignment is for 1100. This was confirmed with a phone call to the receiver, whose cell phone was written on the bill. Sent in a QC note and weekend FM forwarded it to customer service. Now at the big FJ/Bosselman at I-80 / I-35. This place is huge and packed beyond capacity with trucks. Will get a layover and reset so all is well.

Weeeee My truck is fixed if i knew it would of been done tonight i wouldnt of relayed off my load. I only had it relayed off due to the mechanics rolled their eyes at me and said dont count on it this weekend. In about a week i have to come back for them to put on the cab extension they ordered.

so what do you think my chances of getting a preplan tomorrow of any sorts with weekend dispatch?

At the Amerimart in Fruitdale, MO. I dropped at the P & G DC in Neelys Landing a couple of hours ago. I am picking up at the same place but it won't be ready until 0500. They gave me a number to call and check the stauts of it after my 10. On another note that lovely routing program that so many office people think is the greatest thing ever seems to forget there is river between IL and MO. Lol! I followed the routing to Chester, IL and crossed there. I guess if they ask I will just say I haven't taught the truck how to swim yet.
