    Can I get into Hot Shot trucking with Ford E350 passenger van and 16' enclosed trailer? What all do I need to do to get started? Does anyone out there use a similar rig or know of anyone that does?

    Yes you can, in order to be legal you will need to have a US DOT number as well as a MC number. You may want to talk to your states DOT to see if there is anything else you will need to be legal. For load boards the only place I can think of is Uship.com

    Thanks btrucker I appreciate the response. Im just hoping I can get enough work to warrant getting my MC and DOT. I guess I won't know though until I jump out there and try it. After I hopefully make a little bit I want to buy another rig.
