I loaded 3 military gensets on the trailers Cluck referred to at Ft. Brag. They weighed 7,500 each and took them 10 min to load them with slings. When I got to Ft. Hood it took them 6 hours to try to figure out how to unload them. They had no equipment there and the guys who loaded them didn't show on base till 4 hours in. Eventually the Natl Guard from Indiana showed up with some LMV trucks and were able to pull them off.

They couldn't unload them Humvee's because the weight was too much and also they operated on air brakes.

I'll give em' a dollar two ninety-five for the 53 footers.

They shouldn't mind since they don't don't use them.

Well I might be moving that way in the next few months. The wife wants to move to Jax to a condo area on the beach that her friend is selling.

Just have to figure out if a Step or a Flat will work better for me down there.

The best part is, my house bills will be 1/2 what they are now, so I don't need to make tons of money and I can enjoy all the good things the area has like actually using my brand new bass boat, which has been in the water 3 times in the 5 years I've had it, and our quads that still have the plastic on the seats lol

Jax is not a good area for weather, when we get storms it is either Miami or Jax that gets it but not half as bad as south Florida.

Storms are fine, as long as it's not a 3' snow blizzard like we deal with now. I'll take rain and thunder anytime over the lake effect snow I have now LOL

Believe it or not Jax gets a little snow every so many years, still above the frost line. LOL

I vote for below the tropical weather line, still get a little cold here but that is nothing compared to up where you live. I know Bass Fishing places, hint.

By storms, he meant hurricanes. Thunderstorms are a daily summer occurrence, and are just normal. I've had a snowball fight in Jax before

True on hurricanes and snow ball fights, rare for a blizzard but still can get snow.

I like where we are, low chance of severe weather but lightening storms happen all summer long, plenty of rain as in inches at a time.

But,,,, no snow shovels in this house.

We haven't anything set in stone, but for the sake of making a profit without having to be gone more than 5 days, I prefer to stay around I-10. Seems like anything below that is a crap-shoot and hard going's unless your Fortycal

Alabama is also a possiability, along with a few other places. But who knows, things change everyday and we might just go over to a suburb of Chicago

As for the bass fishing, I'm going to be all about that.
