Yeah, after sitting there and watching other drivers, I think I figured out what I was doing wrong. It was confirmed that night at the truck stop when I one-shotted a tight space. Well, it might have taken me 45 min. but I didn't hit anything. So the scornful drivers watching and laughing at me could kiss it! ha ha

We all have bad days when we just cannot hit the hole. It is just one of those things that happens. I promise you those hands that were laughing had the same thing happen to them before. Never get frustrated, stay cool. If you have a problem, get out of the truck, think about something else for a few minutes,then get back in and try it again. My dad used to say, get out and shine on your fuel tank until you have calmed down, then just get in and back it up, after checking to make sure it is still clear behind you..

I drive the I-5 corridor and have recently noticed A LOT of owner ops puling their trailers. Seems like they are pushing that pretty heavily.
