You did better than me. Dropped at purina in Fairburn GA then get load assnt. 20 miles away at Coke but its for 20:00. So I get there and they say sorry you have to come back at 19:00. Not going to happen 3 hrs left on 14. So now I have to go in at 0300.

 

that sucks man

 

At the Flying Hook in Jeffersonville, OH. Because I started so early this is about as far as I could get with what I had left on my 14. My appt is at 0900 so I got plenty of time. After I drop my trailer I am going to help out the local Driver and go pick up in Y-town and relay it to Mogadore before heading home. It isn't much but hey at least I will get short haul pay.

 

On another note, while waiting for a pre plan this morning I sent in one of those routing surveys for the run I made to MO. Normally I think they just ignore it but I definetly got their attention when I put "I haven't taught the truck how to swim yet" in the comments. They actully responded and thanked me for letting them know. Lol! Too funny.

Hey Yall, Were any of you guys on I10 near Tombstone, AZ. a couple days ago.......I passed a silver ProStar haulin a load of SDR 35 and other PVC pipe, was that any of you guys?

Atlanta to Jacksonville FL. Routing me down I75, I16, then some US Routes. It's only about 30 miles shorter but about an hour longer than 75, 10.

 

If its US1, its a nice route. I usually take that route when I go to Jax from ATL
