If you are a female beware of crst

I had male trainers too. Lady drivers weren't as common back in the late 90's. I didn't have any troubles out there. Like you say, suck it up and put your big girl panties on!

Obviously because there's not enough women to do training in the industry. Couple that with the fact that CRST is a true bottom feeder what self respecting women would work there let alone train others.

 

They did loose that law suit. A California judge awarded a female driver at crst 1.5 million for sexual harrassment. After that "if anyone has not noticed" crst has had an official name change. They went from "crst van expedited" to "crst expedited" All trailers have been replaced with their new name printed on them. They still have some old ones been pulled around but, they are pulling them off from the road. They were given a grace period to do that i think.

Tjeesz i read this with my mouth wide open..im from europe and going to get a truck job here after i drove for 20years in europe and last years only hometown Norway on the ice and such and there was always a great respect for the female drivers.. but what i read here..(shakes head)

there are times when there isnt female bathrooms in the business Im waiting to deliver at.I just go in the mens room but maybe I should of sue.1.5 million is alot of money

 

Predators tend to congregate where the victims are. Just ask the Catholic Church or the Boy Scouts about that. Wouldn't expect any different from trucking, would you?

 

When I was a traine 18yrs ago and I had a female tainer. It was cold and dark in that Oh rest area, all I know was she took of her flannel shirt and kissed my neck an.d said youll be ok, STOP STOP I said, but then, NO I cant go on, Its hurts to tell this story. I need a drink!!
