Will Swift rehire

Will swift rehire a driver who got terminated in the early probation period because he requested a new mentor and was given another road test and failed it.
DAC does say: Not eligible for rehire on it. Reason for termination: Other.
How long the person has to wait before trying to rehire with Swift.

Most likely not. This is a good thing though. Take the time to find yourself a good company to work for. Stay away from the mega-carriers and this won't happen. There are too many other good companies out there.
