Talking to BTC now. What are they governed at? ELOGS? Average weekly pay? Anyhelp from you guys working there would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

They are currently NOT taking new students.
Oh well...

 

Wow thats almost as expensive as getting a pilots license.

 

Going to orientation on Jan. 2nd. Pretty excited a friend of mine from Maverick is there and says he loves it! I will try to keep you guys posted as best I can. When I'm on the road I'm going I'm not going to sit in a truckstop and spend hours on end on the internet. I promise I will do my best however to keep everyone posted!

 

Well they have rescheduled my orientation until in Jan. 7th. So I hope everyone has a Happy New Year! I can't wait to get back in the seat!

 

Orientation went great! I get my truck on Monday! Nothing to hard just pay attention to detail, this company is very well rounded and family oriented! If you have any questions they will be answered and with a DIRECT answer not some general crap! SO FAR VERY PLEASED!

 

Any idea what kind of truck you will be going into, and why are you having to wait til monday for a truck?

 

It's a 2012 Mack. They had to send it to mack for some repairs and they wanted it to look like it did from the factory when I got it.

 

Well after my first week in the truck things went okay. Some unforeseen weather delays and shippers not being on the ball were the worst cases all week. Looking forward to a career there. They really make you feel like family not just a number! So far so good! I'm happy.
