it hasnt been touched in years previous driver considered it just a truck nothing more i know she needs a more professional touch but latly i just havent had the time what u see in the tank pic is 20 minutes by hand with mojo aluminum polish stuff works the balls but they defiantly still need pro help. driver side rims came out ok but pass. side drives need to be re machined cuz they're freaking pitted to hell
Where is everyone?

-
Yup sitting at the tractor supply right now waiting till morning to unload then start my way back to the house.
-
Yup good place to hang out.......when ya leave take 28 west over to 65 you'll avoid all the stupid traffic going towards Indy in the morning.....plus they're working on 69 down near Indy
-
Gotcha....ya they've kinda got it locked down for sure......now when it comes off will call does JD shop rates or do they pretty well tell you what they got in a particular piece of equipment?
-
All carriers have rates on file. The lower your rate the more likely you are to get offered the load.

chandler, az waiting to unload in the morning, then shag me arse home...

its the darkness of the tank tgat made me.ask.if it a machined tank or a polished tank. the straps are much shinyer then the tank which makes me think its machined and holding the polish if the grooves. all tanks come machined its just a matter of it you want to pay to have them.polished when the truck is ordered. they have a slight roughness to them.
just get you a da sander, a bunch of sand paper from 400 to 1000 grit (mabey rougher if its badly pitted) start sanding and work through the grits. then you should be smooth enough to even polish by hand but i have no earthly idea why you would. get a high speed buffer and a wheel and its easy from there. it takes me a whole weekend to do two tanks and the front wheels. i am stupid picky though. i HATE doing rear, especially if they are 22.5's my buffer doesnt fit in them without removing the wheel from the truckLogan76 Thanks this. -
still in ontario. trying to.kill another hour or so before i go load. i was told i would have weekend travel in az and i dont so i likely wont even get out of ca untill monday morning. not a happy camper, i specificly called and asked about 11'7" wide before i booked the load and the twitt girl gave me info for.under 10' wide. and now they wont pay for an escprt so i can run saturday in az

Made it home, after a huge mess at the shipper yesterday.
Agent told me 4' tarps, and i get there and the machine is 8.5' tall and 8' wide. Needless to say, a $3M machine needs full tarps, so i got screwed on that deal.
Lucked into a load out of chicago Monday going ot NC tho that more than pays the deadhead and covers a little extra
