Gonna be hell getting on the trailer to strap and tarp those loads at your size. But if you have the drive and determination, you can do it.

Before you report to school, make sure your blood pressure is OK, otherwise they may send you home. It takes awhile for blood pressure medicine to show results.

Laying off the caffeine is only one step. Another is to stay away from drinks with a lot of sugar in them. Just getting out and walking is a good start at exercise. I am 6' and 300 lbs. At the beginning of June I weighed 365. It wasn't that hard to make a few changes to make some huge improvements.

    Best of luck to you.

most co hiring for the first time will not consider you if you can not get a one year card at least. this is a fight i know too well.

and dont tell me i cant get on a load to tarp and strap. i crawl them things like a monky and i bigger then he is. plus i never have to worry about my straps and chains being loose like the light weights out. there. lol

I'm only 170 and I have no problem tightening everything up. It's just a matter of using your brain.

Dude, just saying your 325 is just saying a number. If your out of shape, say it! And start working on it now, flatbed work is not easy, but it's not bad. You need to get on top of some loads, so get a ladder. There are lots of little things that you'll figure out over time to make it easier. Start walking now, and watch everyone when you can, don't be afraid to ask a question when your loading. No one wants to see you roll out in an unsafe manner.

Me, I could use losing a few pounds like the rest of America. But when I'm through with three 20' tarps, I'm not breathing hard and am ready to get the dog out so he can stretch his legs too.
