Sucks huh! I hate waiting. I'm gonna go to school in Feb. I already have my class b so hopefully all I'll have to do is take my combination vehicles test. I've already passed it once so no problem. I guess I need to call Mav back and check in, the recruiter never called me back to tell me if I was approved or not.

I would say that more than half the drivers out there have a cobra 29. It's on sale at the Pilot truck stops this month for $79. cobral 25 would also work. On sale this month for $59. Also if your just starting, wait to buy a laminated map. you can find them on the road now for $20. I am currently a trainer for Maverick. If anyone has any questions for me, let me know.

papabear are you a trainer for specialized or for the flat bed division. in the specialized division are the loads already tarp and ready to go or do you have to load and tarp them yourself.

You are in ky you should be in the US div. They feed you once a day if I remember right except for the last day. You should get a trainer before you head home. No loads are pretarped in the US div. Some are preloaded, but if they need tarped you do it unless it is a trailer swap.
