Sitting around. I start Trainer Training (again) next Monday. Will be nice to buffer the paychecks a little again. Hopefully I'll continue my steak of non-jerk students. I've gotten along well with everyone I trained and one of the students has become a really good friend of mine I talk to almost daily since training him back in April.

Finally got my mirror fixed. I've only been here since Saturday so the wait wasn't that bad. They got me in the shop Sunday and after wasting 7 hours working on my bunk heater they told me that they can't fix my mirror because it was to late to order the parts and I'll have to wait until the morning. I guess they didn't think of ordering the parts sometime after I pulled the truck into the shop. They ordered them Monday morning and said it would be awhile. Went in at about 3 in the afternoon to ask where the parts are, they told me they won't be here until about 11pm since they're coming from Chicago. I'm sorry but I'm pretty sure Chicago isn't 8 hours away. Who knows what time they actually ordered the parts. They came and got me this morning at about 5:45 and told me to pull into the shop whenever I got up and to take my time. Take my time? Yeah. I've ran 350 miles since I left the house on Friday. I'm not taking my time. 11 hours and a new mirror later, I'm back in my truck and get to clean up the mess the shop made. At least I got my spare key back that they lost like 2 months ago when I was in the shop.

i got you. In this case the stops where a out a quarter mile from each other so once I got the door open and could check the packing list on the pallet and it was wrong it was a 2 min trip down the road. But common sense should tell you when the times are backwards you should check.

Well I've got a load picking up tomorrow, or later today, at 1400 in Adel, GA. Headed for Illinois on a Monday delivery. I would just pickup Friday but the shipper will be closed :/

Anyway, I haven't posted in a while, had some not so great things happen on my hometime and my mind has been focused on that.

Good news is I got some new games for my Xbox 360, my new 24" TV, and a 400 watt cobra inverter. So at least I won't be bored if I take a 34 or do a long layover.
