Flight quits everything and then cries about the unfairness...... seen it before, seeing it again. Its juwt what he does. I havent said anything in a long time, just been waiting for history to repeat itself and then point out the obviousness...... so, thank you Flight.

nothing wrong with signing onto jct, prime, cre, or any of them AS LONG AS YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO

dont believe the hype, nor the lies, just go in, get what you want and move on

The laws they break are employment ones. they tout the word independent. contractor. so they can have the employee pay for all the company expenses, but they don't let you have the freedom of choices in your business like the laws require. the only choices they allow you to have are where to fuel and what route. to take, period.

let me get this straight. Jct or someone at jct is telling you how to drive your truck in order to make the delivery onetime? If not they aren't breaking any laws period.

"The general rule is that an individual is an independent contractor if the payer has the right to control or direct only the result of the work and not what will be done and how it will be done."

Your job is to pick up and deliver onetime, washout and fuel trailer when empty. Never once do they tell you how to drive to make that happen.
