I see 3500 dually trucks pulling gooseneck or fifth wheel trailers on the interstate a lot. I hear these guys get paid pretty well, too. If it pays well, I want to learn more about it.

How do I find out what companies are operating locally?

A lot of that is contracted drivers. such as car haulers, mobile home haulers. You could start in that direction. Call around or search the internet for such places.

If it paid so good, everyone would do it, also, in this economy, every Tom, Dick and Habib with a dually jumps in and thinks they'll make a fortune, then they end up having to underbid to get work and about 1/2 disappear within a year or two.

Arkansas Frost and Logan76 Thank this.
