New Trucks Stops.

new loves in idaho i 90 exit 2 post falls parking for about 100-130.

 

After reading that I checked to see if they had updated my area. Last I knew the image was very dated. However the images are no more than 5 months old. In this image, the highlighted vehicles are my blue GMC and my big truck at the company yard. I always open both doors to my pickup while unloading my big truck. Also the shot of my house was sometime after May of this year. We purchased the swimming pool in May.

 

And one currently being built I-15 xit 113 Idaho Falls.

I am glad to see a place in Idaho Falls where you can finally use Transflo, I think the name was Dads Truckstop at exit 113 on the south end of town, they were advertised as having Transflo, but everytime I stopped, they told me it wasn't working, I finally stopped going in there, it was a shame to, I liked the restaraunt.

There is a better truck stop at US 20 and Lewisville Highway(holmes ave) KJ's Travel Plaza, (locals still call it tigers, or tits, Mitchel's restraunt way far better, the food is very good,decent portions, and servers who are on top of thier game. Huge local following. The truck stop is comforatble clean showers, decent parking, quiet, sorry no transflow, ( transflow does have a online scanning program for free, just need your own scanner) Fuel side is serperate from the C store gas side, And has a decent slection of parts for minor repairs.Cstore a large selection of products.
Fleet Pride repair shop next door. 2 miles from a Fred Meyers( walmart type store) with truck parking for shopping.
I don't like dads, never have had good sservice there, The restruant is a franchise of a place out of Salt Lake, the staff there , most times seems clueless. Dads to me seems more like a gift shop than a truck stop.
But most times i overnight there, i go 5 miles northwest of dads to a place where im the only truck 10 acres of parking, free food,free showers, and cold beer. Nice to still have family in that town.
