    I have done a few searches on this forum but need more info. Can anyone tell me about the OTR posotion with WDT. The recruiter i spoke with was rather vague. Any info would be helpful. thank.

    i worked for them. Used to be good company then old man sold tractors to someone and tanks to Dairy Farmers America.Things went downhill after that.
    People running Portales terminal were IDIOTS from the top down. Always equipment issues. Cabool on the other hand was taking care of equipment. Several of the route guys went OTR and liked it much better. WDT lost a lot of contracts to Great Wide.

    Wdt had lost the dfa account to great wide but they got a few of them back but most of the farms left dfa for dean foods

    Depends on your experience. There's no pay scale listed on their website so you'd have to call them.
