Conway Truckload Drivers what is your 20?

Abilene TX. Anyone else notice that daytime dispatch are the.only shift that sometimes knows what they are doing? Seriously everytime we get a decent load, which is less and less frequent recently about 45 mins after our fleet manager leaves we get a different load that makes zero sense. They're giving us what should be a solo run and the solo what is usually a team run.

Nope, tell them it's a stock radio and make sure it fits where the CB should. If they find out its anything over usual/legal wattage they make you take it out. Cost me $50 more for a guy to reconfigure my winter set up I always ran so it would all be hidden/fit. Too many snitches around trying to score brownie points now adays.

Fun things I've had in the last 2 months (A) reported for not scaling a load that was 44,000 lbs (hauled the load over 25 times and keep scale ticket as to where to put tandems) (B) reported for drinking in cab (it was Arizona iced tea can) (C) reported for using left lane through NYC<--guilty as charged 7+ yrs doing it w/ no ticket not going to stop (D) called in for passing another guy doing 40 in a 55 in upstate NY (D) already been written up twice for not putting arv & ld'd times on BOL's (no detention time owed 45-60 min arv to ld'd each time) Welcome to con-way the newest ATA, nanny, training company and their new policies.

 

Indianapolis, cursed again.On going issue with DPF on Freightliner, dashboard lite up like a Xmas tree.Won't ReGen, goes through cycle, engine derates, 4.5 mpg.Great part is when it simply shutdown.Get about 5 second warning of light on dash.Have had this problem enough times to learn to override the override.Oh well, maybe these folks will find the root cause instead of just fixing the after problem.Knock on simulated wood grain, this is really only major issue I've had with this "buff".
