That's a problem I had when I had a KW, my radio the Mic is on side, and wouldn't fit right in pocket for the radin my freightliner, its supposed to mount on dash, but I don't like it their, it blocks my view of right hood mirror.I have it zip tied to roof panel above.Nobody has said anything about it.

 

Insulated coveralls, parka, mukalucks, bunny boots, bomber cap, sheep skin lined gloves.I'd bring my electric heated snowmobile suit if had a place to plug it in.

 

I bought a bracket and duck taped the bracket holds oki but I'm try zip ties later lol. What are u running radio wise?
