My stepson just started driving for hartt trans out of sumter s.c.. I too, drive for hartt out of bangor me. They just bought 50 new internationals and freightliners, sleepers are double bunkers, full condos, with thermo king pacs for heat and ac,have factory fridge and 100 watt inverters in em all.You can live in the truck and take a friend with you or a pet,dog etcno size limits, pull flatbed or 53 ft dry van, steady work year round and free life insurance and other bennies, great folks to work for,my stepson has worked for swift, arnold, werner and jb hunt,he is in his glory, good miles, home every 5 or 6 days with 2 off,or he can stay out. No touch loads in the vans,he still cannot believe how good the hartt folks respect and take care of you. Check out their web site, come with them and you will be real glad you did, from a guy that has been jumping all my life and glad I finally found someone that treats you right. We run about 400 trucks,3 or less years old,run 72 plus, mostly automatics and i love my auto, more leg room and alot less pain in your knees and legs after many years out here. My stepson lives in ocala,fl. If you get on the website of Hartt trans, you can apply right on the site, tell them harry n,on tk 9439 referred you if you want to,they know I am happy here, alot of drivers have been here for years and most stay, the ones that leave come back sooner or later,I can attest to that,i left and came back 6 yrs later and man,i was glad they took me back. Billy hartt and his dad run a class act here and will talk to you in person face to face anytime and look you in the eye,no lies or bull here, all the bosses and safety are great folks here. Good luck whereever you end up.We have a few guys that live in their trucks and take their 34 off wherever they run out of hours.

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.
