I would agree. I am very happy with my 2012 prostar I just wish it had the auto start feature cuz its a pain to worry about draining the batteries and having to get up and baby sit the truck for an hour while it charges them back up. Have not had to yet but I have had the heat kick off twice just as I was getting out of bed in the morning.

The only thing with the auto start is when it's 30 or lower the thing will start up a few times a night on you. It only runs about 20 min but it does it multiple times. I thought it might have been just my truck but talked to another driver and he said same thing.

Yep it does do that! Threw me off the first few times it did that, but you get used to it.

OK, for any newbies, and for us old guys who forget, DO NOT DELIVER A FLAT BED LOAD EARLY ON THE WEEKEND IF YOU ARE NOT POSITIVE YOU HAVE A LOAD! YOU WILL SIT WITH NO LOAD, and NO LAYOVER!!!!

    Class dismissed!

Oh, and yes, I broke my own rule and rushed it. Got a message from dispatch saying they would take the load, 24/7 operation. Drop it off and guess what..... Find a place to sit for the weekend! I knew better, but did it anyway. fudge!

And I think my time with Roehl is definitely going to come to an end. Talked to FM this week, after another crazy "Stability Control Event," and they want to put a camera in my truck to prove its the truck and not me. Uhm, stability control at 12, 15, & 18 mph, and its me??? I can't roll the truck at that speed unless I'm on the side of a hill and in that case, it's going over anyway. My days are truly numbered now that a computer is driving my truck!

432 miles down. Shower time then back to finish the 198. Shutting it down at the St. Paul park yard. Closer to consign and I don't want to deal with the TA in Hudson.

At small stop I-85 xt61 in Georgia not a bad place and they are expanding it currently construction going on to add another 100 spots. You have to check in with them but no pay. A huddle house is here a barber some other stuff. I will definitely remember this one. I was told though this place fills up quick and early escpecially on Sunday so I was lucky.

I like the St. Paul yard as my best buddy lives in St. Paul so I always get a free meal, shower, and laundry if I can plan a stop there.
