Millis uses E-Logs. Atleast almost all do. I think there still may be a small few trucks that are still on paper. I can't really think of a reason to keep your own paper log if you are on e logs. I don't. But that's just me. Maybe some other guys do different.

Keeping paper logs just leaves more room for dot to find violations. Besides they will never match. Elogs tracks down to the minutes. Paper logs go to 15 minutes. And if it's on the truck they can and will inspect it.

side note to all that. you do want to keep a blank paper lig in your truck just in case the qualcomm goes out. i have had to use mine once so far.

Hi I just have to put this out there for new recruits or for current millis employees. I was with millis for almost 8 yrs and was terminated due to grabbing wrong trailer which is debatable. Issues started almost as soon as I was terminated. No accident ...no violation..but cuz millis has it in there handbook that putting a trailer in a unauthorized location is a gross misconduct . When u apply at new trucking out fits that's all millis tells them. Also they will fight unemployment no matter why you where fired and they will try and blackball drivers. Also they are more than willing to charge a driver for mechanical breakdowns. Yes they pay well..pretty good miles ...just know that they are more concerned with money than with drivers...I do wish good luck to u truckers..
