We have epu's. And I have no clue what the refer div is getting on miles. In flatbed getting 2200- 2600 avg on the fleet.

@LISA-- There are several TCD Guys who post on here now. Look up the Temp. Control Div thread and ask RickSt.

I know that they have been runnin' him quite a bit lately, and he did not get home for Thanksgiving, but that was a very rare occurrence for any Maverick Driver.

Maverick is an OUTSTANDING COMPANY. If you want to feel appreciated as a driver, if you want good hometime, consistant miles, nice newer equipment, and quite honestly some of the friendliest/helpful fellow drivers, then you need to be at Maverick.

I'm in TCD, been with them since July. The trucks are all autos and they all have EPU. The first nite I stayed in the truck, I froze my butt off. They do work good. When I come back out from hometime I usually average 2k. Not bad for 5 days. I've been getting an average of 2400-2800 a week. You can run Canada in TCD, get a passcard not a passport. Passcards are $55 compared to $160 for a passport. They would like you to stay out at least 2-3 wks. I've been staying out for 4 wks til Jan gets here. You put in hometime and they always got me home the date I put in for it.

Can anyone tell me how long the orientation is? I am getting back into driving after about 5 years off. Lots of van and refer experience, but no flatbed yet. I am looking for a company where I can make 50K a year or better.....is that possible at Maverick?

Orientation begins on sunday and lasts pretty much all week. You will most likely have to do sometime with a trainer since you have been off the road so long. Yes 50k is doable.

    justcruzin1 Thanks this.

I appreciate the info. I'm waiting for them to review the app. (I just did the online one a couple hours ago, so it might be a while). It looks like a pretty good company with satisfied drivers....what more could you ask for?
