you need to go to the ontario Drive test centre and ask for the medical form. Take it to a doctor. Mine charged me $35 yesturday I've had it upwards of $60. I have a AZ and have to get a new one done every 5 years. They check basically everything over make sure your fit to drive. eyes, hearing, reflexes, heart ask you a million questions of you past medical history. but fairly basic and easy.

A few more medicals with that one, and you may even get asked out !!
-
Lol, don't think so. I only go to him for my drivers medical. Don't think he's to smart when it comes to real medical questions
-
That's reassuring - maybe you should ask him if he want's to be a truck driver ?
On that note - I probably could have been a doctor - I just didn't have the patients ! Yuk Yuk -
Don't think so, we have enough new Canadians on the road.

Lol had my first one last week, in order to get my beginners license, the doctor just asked me if everything was good I said Yes, he didnt even check ym bloodpressure lol. trick is to come towards the end of their shift, they're tired and dont give a #### lol

$95 near montreal. Took about 5mins. I think all he did was ask some questions and maybe listen to my breathing. Some crap like that.

Just had my latest medical done. Free. Annual and bi-annual check-ups done by my family GP. She just fills in the boxes every few years when I bring in that sheet. And yes, I know, not everyone has a GP. My family and I consider ourselves VERY lucky. We have had a great GP for many years. We may be in a bind soon thoo as she is nearing retirement.
