Sitting in Irwindale CA, hopefully for a 34 as I need one badly. Have 5 hrs on my 70 with a 6,9,7 starting tuesday night. They sent me a load to dlv to Indy on the 7th which just isn't happening no matter what. Waiting now to see what is what and when I am leaving. Broke my single week mile total.

Never been charged or told was being charged for a breakdown. On grabbing the wrong trailer, how far did you take the trailer and how is it debatable that it was the wrong trailer. The load in for gives trailer info, if not the bills state the trailer. The only case is a MT which you can't have the wrong MT, unless the load info list ones not to use as is the case with some paper mills.samurai Thanks this.

Yeah I have been to Kenworth twice, once was an over nighter at the hotel and the other was a 6 hr deal. Never had to pay anything thank god...the last one was a split exhaust pipe with a $900 bill.

I definitely think there is way more to this story. I've had a couple breakdowns and never one mention about me getting possible charges. The only reason I could possibly think is gross neglect of the truck like running it out of oil or coolant. Not to mention according to you you worked for millis for 8 years but you just so happen to make a profile and post now it all just seems real fishy to me.

Intresting thing happened at AB in STL today. A guy came into the security shack and could not speak or understand a lick of English. He had a cdl. Now isn't it a requirement in order to hold a CDL you must be able to read and understand English. Dont know for sure where he was from but his truck was out of New Mexico. Security promptly told him to beat it. There was no way the were letting him take a load out of there.

Yeah you have to be able to read and speak english to get a CDL. Most likely he speaks and reads it fine, I have seen guys use other languages and pretend not to speak or understand english well just to get out of a place quicker and it works most places. No one wants to deal with someone they don't/can't understand. Then again there are print a cdl mills where it doesn't matter what you can read or write as long as you have Ben in your wallet.

besides the fact that i have never been asked to may for repairs snd the fact that it is almost impossible to get the wrong trailer if you can read and this been the first post for this person i find it very fishy and most likl;y untrue

he was probably talking about miller trucking since he cant read very well. and also who tries to get unemployment for being fired for negligence. that is one of the first questions they ask when you try for unemployment. "were you fired?"
-
I just left Cummins, guess what.... I didn't pay either lol. Picking up in Baldwinsville, NY first thing then down to South Carolina.
-
Haha. If that's correct then he can't read and that explains why he grabbed the wrong trailer. Lol.
